Friday 13 May 2011 - classes

Hello all. Tomorrow morning is fitness pilates, a challenging workout for your core based on Pilates' original exercises. Starts at 9.30, finishes 10.45 (because we discovered an hour wasn't long enough). And in the evening the legendary Paul Kavanagh will be putting you through your paces for friday circuits, followed by Dawn Spall's enjoyable step and bodyconditioning start to your weekend, at 18.00 and 19.00 respectively. £8.00 to non- members, free to members.
